Dayton Ballet Kicks off DML Holiday Programming

Dayton Metro Library will host The Dayton Ballet Presents: Nutcracker Storytime, at the Main Library in the Eichelberger Forum, on Tuesday, November 29: 5-6 pm and 6:30-7:30 pm.

Dancers from The Dayton Ballet will bring the story of the Nutcracker to life by incorporating stories, music, dance performance, and audience participation. This special storytime is geared for families with children who are pre-k/K and in grades 1-4. Registration is required to attend either time.

Additionally, several Branches will hold holiday/seasonal-related programs through December for a variety of different ages.

Miamisburg Branch

West Carrollton Branch

Electra C. Doren Branch
Teen DIY: Edible Cookie Dough. Wednesday, November 30, 3:30 - 5:30 pm
Registration required, For Teens

Wilmington-Stroop Branch
Take & Make Tie-In: Catapulting Gingerbread Men, Thursday, December 1, 4 - 5:30 pm
Registration required, For Grades 1 - 4 and Tweens

Brookville Branch
Cookie Swap, Saturday, December 3, 3:30 - 4:30 pm
Registration required, For Adults
