Reserve items you want using our online catalog, or call the Ask Me Line at 937.463.2665 for assistance. You will be notified when your items are ready to be borrowed. At that time, call the Library to make arrangements for Curbside Service, or use the convenient DML App on your phone or device. Bagged materials are placed directly into vehicle trunks.*

Using the CURBSIDE FEATURE

on the Library App

Make arrangements for picking up your requested materials - without having to call. If you already have the DML app installed on your phone or device, My Curbside Pickup is activated when you have materials ready for you to borrow. If you need to install the app, search for “Dayton Library” in the App Store, Google Play or Kindle.

  1. When you have items ready for pickup, tap the I’m On My Way button to let us know you’re coming. You’ll be asked to enter what color/type of vehicle you’re in. At this time, we will check the items out to you, bag and label them.
  2. When you arrive at the Library, tap I’m Here! We’ll bring your materials out, place them in your trunk, and you’re off!*

*At some Branch Libraries you may have to park and exit your car to pick up your bagged materials at the Library entrance.
