This week, teen fans of anime and manga will converge at the Dayton Metro Library for AniMangaCon - a free celebration of Japanese animation (anime) and cartooning (manga). The festivities take place Saturday, October 19, 1:00-4:00 p.m. in Community Room on the second floor of the Main Library, 215 E. Third Street in Dayton. The free event features cosplay, gaming, crafts, J-Pop and prizes.
“AniMangaCon is a great opportunity for like-minded kids from across the Miami Valley to get together and have fun for free,” said Steve Moser, Teen Services Coordinator for the Library. “For anime and manga fans, this is the place to be.”
The event is free and registration is not required.
