Dayton Metro Library’s Eichelberger Forum was hopping. To be more accurate, it’s th
e families who were hopping – and dancing and laughing – during the September 18 performance of musician and child development specialist Jim Gill.
Jim Gill’s unique focus on family play and interaction sets him apart from other children’s performers. Gill created a joyful musical experience for children and adults –parents, grandparents and caregivers - in order to inspire them to continue the play at home.
The concert was supported by the Arts Midwest Touring Fund, a program of Arts Midwest that is funded by the National Endowment for the Arts, with additional contributions from Ohio Arts Council and the Crane Group.
