Nonprofit Law 101 Foundational Basics

PBOPro Bono Partnership of Ohio (PBPO) is a 501 (c) (3) organization that provides free business and legal service to qualifying nonprofit social service organizations serving the disadvantaged or enhancing the quality of life in Cincinnati and Dayton areas. For more information on this new resource for Miami Valley nonprofits, visit www.pbpohio.org

Like corporations, nonprofit organizations need legal advice to understand the complex web of overlapping state and federal regulations by which they are governed.

Join us at 2:30 – 4:00 pm on Wednesday, February 22 at the Miami Township Branch Library for an informative presentation. This program gives nonprofit leaders an overview of the most common legal issues and questions to be faced, including governance, compliance, employment, intellectual property and utilizing volunteers.

All the best,
Susan
